We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities per order in cases where fraud is suspected, incorrect pricing is displayed, or product availability issues occur.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs clearance delays beyond our control, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Force majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, or transportation disruptions.

Intellectual property
